Summit 2025 offers more than 300+ unique training sessions and provides the opportunity for attendees to exchange ideas and build relationships with not only Motorola Solutions personnel, but public safety peers from across the nation as well. With 22 different tracks, each class is designed to bring value to every role within your agency and provide the knowledge and tools you need to get the most out of your technology, regardless of which solutions you use. By the end of the conference, we hope you are able to return to your agency feeling empowered to implement the tips and tricks you have learned and excited for the additional possibilities of Motorola Solution's end-to-end technology ecosystem. Summit 2025 will continue to offer a multitude of hands-on classes, they do not require pre-registration. Like all of our other Summit class sessions, these will be available first-come, first-served to those in attendance. Your Summit registration will once again include the option to book a virtual certification course to take place at a date of your choosing before or after Summit, helping you to maximize your time while onsite. Your registration confirmation email will include links and instructions for registering for one of these optional certifications, which are scheduled through our Learning Experience Portal*. Each customer attendee will be allowed to book one virtual certification. All certifications are first come, first served, are non-transferrable and must be used in 2025. You can view a complete list of our currently planned virtual certifications in our Summit Sessions At-a-Glance. *You will need a Learning Experience Account in order to register for a virtual certification. If your agency has a subscription, we recommend that you ask your administrator to create your account in order to be linked to your subscription. If you do not have a Learning Experience account, you can register for an account by visiting learning.motorolasolutions.com and clicking on “Register” under “NEW USER?” After providing the information requested, you will receive password reset information via email. Customers also have the option to pay via pre-paid fees or tickets if your agency has them available. It is important that you only select this payment option if you have approval from the appropriate personnel at your agency to use these funds. If you choose to register using pre-paid fees, you will be able to choose between Registration Only or Travel Package. The Travel Package includes the registration fee, hotel, and choice of airfare with airport transportation or car rental. If you choose this option, you will complete the registration through the portal and receive instructions upon completion to coordinate your travel through Motorola Solutions’ partnership with Christopherson Business Travel (CBT). Please Note: If you select a pre-paid option, your registration will go through a hold process while funds are verified. Once funds are confirmed, your registration will be released and you can complete the travel booking process. CBT will begin booking travel and hotel accommodations on January 6. Standard conference registration
Registration includes access to all training sessions, breakfasts and lunches, as well as all special events such as The Forum Happy Hour and Closing Event.

Day passes
If you would like to attend for one day, instead of the full conference, you can purchase a day pass (only one day pass allowed per customer). Day passes include breakfast, lunch, all training sessions and any special event for the day selected.

Guest passes
Guest passes are also available and are designed only for a family member or friend traveling with the conference attendee. Motorola Solutions customers may not attend any training sessions using a guest pass. Guest passes are for those 21+ only.

Payment Options
Credit card
You can pay for the conference via credit card, check or pre-paid fees. Payment is due with the submission of your registration.
Select the Credit Card option on the Payment page of the secure online registration portal. An email confirmation will be sent to you with a credit card receipt.
If you need to use an alternative form of payment, such as a check, you will still register through the online portal and select “Check” as the payment method. Remit the payment to Motorola Solutions and send to the address below along with a printed invoice. To obtain an invoice, simply click the 'Invoice' button on the last page of the registration process. If you choose to pay by check, please note that your registration will not be completed until Motorola Solutions receives your payment. How do I confirm if I have pre-paid fees available?
During the registration process choose one of the Pre-Paid travel package options. Choose Airfare if you live too far away to drive to the event location. Choose Car, if you intend to drive to the event . Please note that the travel package does not cover both airfare and a rental car. If you choose airfare, you’ll be provided with two Lyft vouchers to transport you between the airport and event venue. Follow the prompts and complete your registration. Your registration will go through a brief hold to confirm that your agency has Pre-Paid Travel package tickets available. Once confirmed your registration will be approved and you’ll receive a registration confirmation email.

You can find a list of classes being offered on the agenda page of the Summit website. A grid schedule with dates and times will be added to this same page approximately one month prior to the event.

How do I set-up an account on the Learning Experience Portal to book my one virtual certification?
This year we have a robust conference app to help you access the conference information you need, when you need it. Conference attendees are encouraged to download the Summit 2025 mobile app early for use before and during the conference. The app includes valuable resources such as class descriptions, a schedule builder, a map of the venue, presenter evaluation surveys and conference social media content. App users will also be able to receive push notifications of conference announcements and reminders on their mobile device.
